"Unlike orthodox martial arts schools, the Monash Uni Kickboxing Club provides a laid back yet professional atmosphere in which to train.

Through the constant supervision and feedback of its well rounded instructors, students notice significant improvements in their fitness simply within a few weeks of training. This is done through the constant 'drill' work conducted in class and every class is a little different so you will never get bored!

Whether you wish to train simply for health & fitness, self defense or for the purpose or competing professionally the club will accommodate you. As
Kickboxing is a very free flowing Martial Art it is perfect for self-defense because certain aspects contain a "street fighting" nature to it.
